Product Marketer (Fintech): Building and executing go-to-market strategies for Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) with an accent on defining narrative, positioning, and messaging for wealth manager and retail investor audiences. Focus on driving sales enablement through high-impact materials and evolving content development based on data-driven insights.

Location: Hybrid (Greenwich, Connecticut, United States). Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies spanning product readiness, sales enablement, client communications, events, and paid media.
  • Define and evolve the ETFs narrative, positioning, and messaging for target audiences.
  • Drive sales enablement by creating high-impact materials like client-ready narratives, FAQs, and presentations.
  • Own the development and evolution of advisor- and end-investor-ready content.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive business growth for ETFs.
  • Stay conversant with ETF industry landscape and product trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, preferably in fintech, asset management, or wealth management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience with or working knowledge of ETFs and financial professional distribution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences.
