What you will do

• Immerse yourself in the prediction markets ecosystem to understand user segments across sports, politics/economics, and culture.
• Develop, refine, and execute growth strategies and tactics for ongoing news and big events, utilizing channels like social, email/push, influencers, paid ads, events, and incentives.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches.
• Measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiatives.
• Think big about the future of prediction markets and how they can be used to better predict outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the trading/crypto space or the FinTech space.
• Demonstrated track record of ideating and implementing growth strategies on products.
• Proven ability to create customer segmentation and insights.
• Powerful storytelling skills (written, verbal, and visual).
• Advanced quantitative and deductive skills, with the ability to make data-guided actions.
• Outstanding project management skills and the ability to be a self-starter.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• English: B2 required.
• Work authorization: US work authorization required, as indicated by US-specific benefits and E-Verify program.
