What you will do
- Own hirify.global’ event strategy and roadmap, determining investments in third-party and hosted events across key regions.
- Build and maintain an events portfolio that supports brand, relationship, and pipeline goals with clear success measures.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for hirify.global-hosted events, including happy hours, content events, and VIP dinners.
- Manage all production and logistics, including venue sourcing and on-site experience, ensuring a premium event experience.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Communications to align content messaging and formats for events.
- Develop measurement frameworks for events and partner with Sales to connect performance to business outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B event marketing or field marketing, with a track record of owning strategy and execution.
- Experience building and managing an events portfolio that includes both third-party conferences and hosted experiences.
- Strong creative and editorial judgment for creating standout events tailored to fintech, crypto, or financial services leaders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Work authorization for the United States is required.
