Salary: $166,304 – $190,761 base salary, plus 10% annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Drive the product marketing strategy for hirify.global' platform offerings, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on market insights and customer feedback.
• Develop compelling sales enablement materials and train sales teams on effectively positioning platform capabilities.
• Lead product launches from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring successful execution.
• Create thought leadership content that establishes hirify.global as a leader in blockchain infrastructure for financial institutions.
• Build deep understanding of customer needs and translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of product marketing experience, with a track record of success in B2B technology or financial services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and proven ability to enable sales teams.
• Experience marketing complex technical products to sophisticated enterprise buyers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences.
• Track record of successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
