Location: Hybrid in Kingston, 2 days a week from client offices in Kingston, UK

What you will do
- Manage multiple projects from scoping to invoicing, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery and adherence to creative standards.
- Work closely with Account Directors and Senior Account Managers on brief assessment and conversion, contributing to revenue targets.
- Monitor and maintain accurate project documentation, including timing plans, cost estimates, and burn reports.
- Mitigate potential delivery issues and proactively resolve problems at speed, managing scope creep effectively.
- Manage resource allocation across projects, liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers.
- Line manage additional Project Managers within the team, setting objectives and handling escalations.
Requirements
- Demonstrable project management experience of 5+ years, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Extremely well organised, with great attention to detail.
- Confident in end-to-end project delivery and ability to run client review meetings.
- A problem solver with an understanding of the creative industry.
- Proactively looks to make improvements in processes and drive efficiencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.
- Ability to work in a hybrid format, 2 days a week from client offices in Kingston.
