What you will do

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, generating opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Conduct structured calls to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and determine business fit.
  • Assist in basic outbound prospecting activities using templates, research, and personalization.
  • Log all activity, notes, and touchpoints accurately in Salesforce; maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure proper follow-ups.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, marketing, Partners and growth teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Demonstrate coachability, accept feedback openly, and adapt to new processes and messaging.

Requirements

  • Fluent to professional level in both German and English.
  • Must be based within a commutable distance from either of our London or Paris offices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate CRM records.

Nice to have

  • Ideally some experience in sales, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
