What you will do

  • Lead Outbound Sales Strategy and define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments in a given region.
  • Refine and optimize the entire outbound sales process, from initial contact to opportunity creation.
  • Design and implement a data-driven lead scoring system for sales prioritization.
  • Drive Go-To-Market strategy by integrating AI tools and automation platforms for lead generation and enablement.
  • Establish formal closed-loop feedback with Sales to continuously refine messaging and process.
  • Strategically own operational decisions around lead assignment, territory design, and book reshuffles within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-impact, strategic role such as Outbound Sales Manager, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.
  • Proven ability to define strategy and translate complex Go-To-Market plans into scalable sales processes, with specific experience in territory management.
  • Deep expertise in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach/Salesloft), and list building software (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo).
  • Experience using AI in current or previous roles and/or a keen interest in AI for Sales automation, prospecting, and data enrichment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven process improvements.
  • Must be based in London, Amsterdam, Ghent, Berlin OR Paris.
