TL;DR

Location: Primarily onsite in Diegem, Belgium, with three weeks of remote work allowed per year.

What you will do

  • Process and follow up on Cisco orders, licenses, and related requests.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage accurate documentation, quotes, and internal records.
  • Act as a point of contact for administrative questions via phone, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and email.
  • Ensure precise data entry and reporting in internal systems.
  • Monitor deadlines, approvals, and process flows to support smooth operations.
  • Provide general team support including planning, coordination, and backup duties.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • An interest in technology (Cisco knowledge is a plus).
  • A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
