TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR): Qualifying and engaging prospective hirify.global customers to feed the sales funnel with an accent on understanding customer needs and articulating hirify.global's value. Focus on running outreach campaigns, maintaining accurate CRM data, and conducting high-level conversations with key decision-makers.

Location: Hybrid (must be based within commuting distance of our US hubs, specifically Boston, to utilize US-specific benefits like 401k, Roth, HSA, and FSA).

Salary: $55,000 (base) – $80,000 (total on-target earnings)

What you will do

  • Run outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify and engage leads, then schedule next-step conversations for Sales Executives.
  • Understand prospect needs and articulate hirify.global's value proposition to Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and interaction data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to increase awareness and improve lead qualification.
  • Build deep knowledge of hirify.global and its evolving product features.

Requirements

  • A strong interest in starting a career in sales, business development, or go-to-market roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with new people and willingness to build credibility over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Must be a recent graduate (or graduating soon).
  • Must be based within commuting distance of our US hubs.

Nice to have

  • Internship or work experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development.
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, SalesNav, or LeadIQ.
  • Interest in the travel industry, tech, and AI applications for sales workflows.
