TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Generating top-of-funnel meetings through high-volume, phone-first outbound outreach with an accent on mastering call architecture, talk tracks, and objection handling strategies. Focus on cold outbound strategy, qualification, and team-based collaboration to book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid, Austin, TX. Must be willing to be in office 3 days a week.

What you will do

  • Own phone-first outbound outreach using Apollo’s Parallel Dialer.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Drive campaign outreach supported by Marketing.
  • Master call architecture, talk tracks, and objection handling strategies.
  • Log performance, take coaching feedback, and improve week over week.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume calling environments or similar fast-paced work.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting activity targets and strong selling techniques.
  • Ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Adaptable, coachable, and a self-starter who takes initiative.
  • Must be willing to be in office 3 days a week in our Austin, TX location.
