What you will do

  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives through strategic outreach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the technical product, customer pain points, and specific security use cases.
  • Experiment with messaging, communication channels, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to determine scalable sales tactics.
  • Provide direct insights from the market to the founders and GTM team to help shape product positioning and sales motions.
  • Actively contribute to the definition and refinement of the organization’s outbound sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a quota-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High urgency, grit, and a coachable attitude.
  • Comfortable with rejection and highly motivated by hitting metrics and exceeding goals.
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate for a consistent on-site presence.

Nice to have

  • A background in competitive sports.
  • Prior SDR/BDR experience within a SaaS organization.
  • Experience selling to developers or technical buyers.
  • A demonstrated interest in sales as a craft (e.g., books, podcasts, or side projects).
