What you will do
- Represent hirify.global as the first point of contact for prospective customers, delivering exceptional customer experience
- Drive qualification calls using deep product knowledge to demonstrate value
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of warm prospects to identify sales opportunities
- Leverage Salesforce and Outreach tools to execute inbound lead tasks with attention to detail
- Build trusting relationships and nurture leads into sales opportunities
- Identify and develop best practices to scale inbound sales motion
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco office with onsite attendance required 4 days per week
- English: B2 level or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and growth mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to advance within a sales organization
