Location: Onsite in San Francisco, California, 5 days/week.

Salary: $120,000 USD annually OTE

What you will do

• Generate enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound motions across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Develop deep mastery of hirify.global’s products, enterprise ICP, and value proposition.
• Partner closely with GTM leadership, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to book qualified meetings, progress strategic accounts, and accelerate enterprise pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Commitment to working in-person, 5 days/week at our San Francisco headquarters.
• 12+ months of recent experience exceeding enterprise outbound targets in B2B SaaS.
• Ownership-first mindset and ability to thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
