Salary: $200,000–$225,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the global strategy for net-new customer acquisition across AI, technology, enterprise, and startup sectors.
  • Build a scalable, high-velocity new business motion including outbound prospecting, demand generation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify untapped revenue opportunities inside large organizations, creating multi-threaded account entry and expansion strategies.
  • Develop category positioning and go-to-market narratives that differentiate data licensing solutions.
  • Hire, lead, and motivate a global team of Account Executives and New Business Specialists.
  • Implement consistent sales methodology, forecasting discipline, and deal inspection routines.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or data/AI licensing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building net-new revenue streams and consistently outperforming targets.
  • Strong hunter mentality, thriving in ambiguity and excelling at opening doors at complex global organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling global sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Deep understanding of modern GTM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, intent data platforms, ABM tools).
  • Exceptional communication skills to motivate teams, influence cross-functionally, and present convincingly to C-level stakeholders.
