What you will do

• Manage core People Business Partner responsibilities for the Product client group.
• Guide managers on performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Execute key People programs such as performance cycles and engagement surveys.
• Use data, trends, and stakeholder insights to inform recommendations and support manager decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
• Support organizational and structural changes by implementing management best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a People Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a technology environment.
• Strong grounding in core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance.
• Ability to produce high-quality, reliable work with strong attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with managers and employees.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, maintains strict confidentiality, and knows when to escalate.
