Citrus Systems is an international IT company operating in the marketing, gaming, and financial segments of the iGaming industry, with products across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

They’re now looking for a People Partner to join their Belgrade office and act as a strategic advisor to business leaders — combining hands-on HR operations with business partnership.

What You’ll Do

Performance & Leadership Support
— Partner with managers to improve team performance and close capability gaps
— Coach leaders on performance improvement and employee development
— Lead structured performance review cycles and promote continuous feedback
— Develop clear performance and development plans aligned with business goals

Employee Relations & Culture
— Serve as the main HR contact for employee concerns
— Manage ER cases with professionalism and risk awareness
— Ensure fair and consistent policy application

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
— Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes
— Provide first-line HR support (policies, leave, employment verification, employee data)

Strategic Business Partnership
— Support org design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
— Identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience
— Drive engagement and alignment across teams

Compliance & Risk
— Ensure consistent application of HR policies and governance standards
— Mitigate organizational risk through compliant HR practices

Manager & Employee Check-ins
— Implement structured manager check-ins
— Establish regular employee check-ins to surface risks early
— Coach managers to lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability

What They’re Looking For
— 3–5 years of experience in an HR advisory or HRBP role
— Strong knowledge of Serbian labor law
— Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
— Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
— Fluent English and Serbian
— Strong stakeholder management skills
— Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams
— Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset
