What you will do
- Be a trusted advisor and culture champion for people leaders and individual contributors across the technology organization.
- Coach and influence managers on how to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design, using data-driven insights.
- Provide day-to-day employee performance management guidance and resolve employee concerns with compassion.
- Collaborate with other People functions to design and implement programs for attracting, retaining, and developing talent.
- Handle critical, highly sensitive, and confidential employee relations matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with proven success in partnering with leaders in Engineering, Product Management, or Data.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Extensive senior HRBP experience supporting exempt/salaried employee client groups, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or platform environment.
- Strong understanding of the unique dynamics of technical teams, including Agile methodologies, distributed teams, visa/immigration complexities, and technical compensation models.
- Expertise in navigating and resolving complex employee relations matters, including leaves and ADA.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, specifically with management and senior leaders who value data-driven insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
