TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Delivering exceptional client service and cultivating long-lasting relationships with customers with an accent on proactively identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving upsell opportunities. Focus on maximizing account value, influencing product improvements through client feedback, and ensuring outstanding customer experience.

Location: Hybrid, requires being based within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub (London or Boston). Relocation assistance is available to one of these hubs.

What you will do

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client goals and challenges, proactively offering solutions to drive adoption and value.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs and objectives.
  • Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction, responding promptly to queries and addressing issues.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and coordinate upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests and influence product development through feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account interactions and progress in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish Speaker, fluent in English.
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Solid organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Analytical thinker who thrives on continuous improvement and delivering customer value.
