What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of customer growth opportunities and ensure their ongoing success.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans.
- Monitor customer usage data for retention and growth strategies.
- Advocate industry and customer needs within hirify.global.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve at-risk events.
- Own and drive strategy for each customer.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment.
- Professional poise and confidence in customer communication.
- Great task and time management skills.
- Must be based in London, UK.
- English: B2+ required.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to use Salesforce, Churn Zero.
