Account Manager (PropTech): Managing and expanding relationships within an existing client base for a PropTech SaaS product with an accent on cross-selling new modules and achieving revenue targets. Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK (up to 2 days WFH). Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (OTE up to £55,000)

What you will do
- Take command of the cross-sell lifecycle, converting untapped potential within the elite client base into revenue.
- Manage a high volume of expansion opportunities through the sales funnel from outreach to contract signature.
- Conduct expert-level demonstrations of the Spectre suite, tailoring pitches to solve specific client pain points.
- Prioritise high-value accounts and multi-branch agencies for strategic expansion.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers as a "Sales Specialist" for commercial opportunities.
- Act as a feedback loop for the product team, explaining client adoption trends to shape the roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a SaaS sales role (SDR, AE, or Account Management with a heavy sales focus).
- Motivated by hitting targets and seeing the direct impact of sales on ARR.
- Ability to sell solutions, not just features, demonstrating product impact on the client's bottom line.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to command calls and simplify data into compelling stories.
- Ability to speak the language of Estate Agents and understand their industry challenges.
- English: B2+ required.
