Location: Remote

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 a year

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a book of SMB Travel accounts, serving as the primary customer contact.
  • Drive renewals and expansion opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement.
  • Identify customer needs, risks, and opportunities through regular check-ins.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and account documentation.
  • Surface customer feedback and insights to Sales and Product teams to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience working with SMB or mid-market customers in a SaaS environment; Travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
