What you will do
- Own a dedicated portfolio of customers, developing it through proactive territory plans.
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell through outbound and inbound activities.
- Understand client needs and business objectives to effectively position products/services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from potential identification to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM software.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive product innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
- Strong sales instincts with a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
- Excellent organization and portfolio management skills.
- Ability to navigate between high velocity and value-focused deals.
- Strong customer relationship and business partnership skills.
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English & German
