What you will do

  • Own a dedicated portfolio of customers, developing it through proactive territory plans.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell through outbound and inbound activities.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to effectively position products/services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from potential identification to closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive product innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
  • Strong sales instincts with a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Excellent organization and portfolio management skills.
  • Ability to navigate between high velocity and value-focused deals.
  • Strong customer relationship and business partnership skills.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English & German
