Salary: $257,000–$327,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the enterprise SaaS governance mandate and define portfolio strategy to drive disciplined growth and risk reduction.
• Bring operating discipline to SaaS lifecycle management, including intake, expansion, renewals, and decommissioning.
• Automate governance with scalable, policy-encoded operating mechanisms.
• Enable quick and consistent adoption of approved platforms, reducing new tool proliferation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Security, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Procurement) to align around a single SaaS governance model.
• Act as the accountable leader for enterprise SaaS governance outcomes with material financial and security impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS governance, portfolio management, or software lifecycle operations at scale.
• Proven ability to build governance operating models that measurably improve security posture, audit readiness, and cost discipline without slowing teams down.
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional partners to make high-judgment trade-offs across speed, risk, and spend without direct authority.

• Demonstrated impact reducing SaaS spend and security exposure through portfolio leverage and renewal discipline.
