Salary: $185,600–$218,400

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive AI product usage and adoption.
- Own and track key success metrics and KPIs for AI adoption, including credit utilization and time-to-value.
- Partner with Product and Customer teams to identify and scale high-value AI use cases across various industries.
- Act as the internal advocate for the customer, ensuring AI experiences translate into tangible business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data Science on AI adoption initiatives.
- Analyze usage patterns and customer feedback to generate proactive insights and anticipate customer needs.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in customer success or a similar role, specifically in SaaS environments and delivering AI-based solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and resolve complex client scenarios.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to influence product development.
- Proven track record of fostering cross-departmental partnerships.
- Innovative thinking, adept at identifying opportunities for customer engagement and product adoption.
- English: B2 required.
