What you will do
- Execute logistical and coordination tasks for field events, encompassing venue sourcing, event marketing, staffing, and vendor interactions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Events to ensure events align with overall strategy and department objectives.
- Project manage internal stakeholders and external vendors by establishing and monitoring event timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Customer Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Sales, to drive successful event outcomes.
- Regularly assess event performance and measure outcomes against goals, leveraging event management and analytics tools.
- Manage projects directly related to the company's flagship User Conference, Pantheon.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in field event management and/or production in corporate or agency environments.
- Experience leading and managing integrated event marketing plans across cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills combined with strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in strategic thinking, quick problem-solving, and generating creative ideas.
- Ability to travel up to 25% annually and some work on weekends or after hours may be required.
