What you will do

• Assist with planning and coordination of trade shows and events
• Conduct research on trade shows, vendors, activations, and promotional items
• Maintain and update event tracking documents and spreadsheets
• Assist with TherapyCon planning, including exhibitor and logistics support
• Help organize event materials, shipping plans, and pre-event preparation
• Support general event-related tasks and team initiatives, including travel to onsite event

Requirements

• In school for Hospitality Management or Marketing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Able to manage multiple tasks at once and work both independently and in a team
