Associate Sales Engineer I

TL;DR

Associate Sales Engineer (Networking/Cybersecurity): Assisting in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations of cloud-first networking and security solutions with an accent on supporting the sales process and understanding customer requirements. Location: Remote within Saudi Arabia, with a primary office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What you will do

• Assist in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Support the development of proof-of-concepts/values (POC/Vs) for hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales solutions architects to gather customer requirements and map them to hirify.global’s offerings.
• Help respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation requests.
• Learn and maintain a solid understanding of DDI, DNS security, and cloud networking solutions.
• Enable partner technical sales teams on hirify.global solutions and positioning to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role for a technology organization.
• Interest in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global products or similar technologies.
• Experience with networking labs, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Scripting experience with Python or Bash.
