Location: Remote (US) with expected travel to the Herndon, VA office 4x a year for 1 week. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: $59,500 base & $85,000.00 OTE USD

What you will do
- Generate qualified sales leads through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Explain hirify.global's offerings and make valuable contributions at each prospect touchpoint.
- Coordinate and actively participate in initial discovery calls.
- Maintain detailed account and contact profiles in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Keep your knowledge updated on hirify.global’s services, partners, differentiators, competitors, value proposition, and related security technologies.
- Research target customers and identify prospects using tools like Zoominfo and LinkedIn.
- Partner with Inside Account Executives to strategically prospect new business.
- Consistently attain monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Requirements
- Ability to influence others and build rapport quickly, especially over the phone.
- High level of professionalism and a customer service mentality.
- Self-discipline, ambition, and a track record of meeting and exceeding objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor outreach.
- Passion for new technology and an interest in learning about security.
- Hands-on experience with different sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
- 1-2 years sales or customer service experience, ideally with security or cloud-related products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
