TL;DR

Senior Business Development Representative (CX): Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts in North Africa by identifying, researching, and engaging key decision-makers. Location: Must currently reside in the UAE with legal authorization to work. Based in Dubai, with flexible arrangements.

What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts in North Africa.
  • Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within enterprise and mid-market organizations.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to support account-based strategies.
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Articulate the value of hirify.global’ cloud and CX solutions.
  • Generate consistent, high-quality pipeline aligned to regional revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking, opportunity management, and reporting in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments.
  • Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong understanding of North African markets and business culture.
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation success.
  • Comfortable engaging mid-to-senior level stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Must currently reside in the UAE with legal authorization to work.

  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
