What you will do
- Achieve annual sales quotas and personally negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements.
- Coordinate and lead all sales activities to meet business goals.
- Ensure proposed sales and solutions capitalize on hirify.global CXone Mpower's strengths.
- Establish new strategic relationships and maintain existing ones with C-levels.
- Identify new opportunities due to technological advances and customer business situations.
- Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type role.
- Minimum 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
- Superior relationship and client management skills to build trust and manage escalations.
- Collaborative approach to sales, working with multiple internal and external groups.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C and VP-level executives.
