What you will do

• Capture requirements and scope hirify.global’s new Licensed Data & Training Services Platform.
• Execute the roadmap and successfully launch the platform in partnership with core engineering and ML teams.
• Ensure alignment of priorities across key business unit sponsors and engage deeply with business needs.
• Identify and maintain partnerships, track industry trends, evaluate competitor products, and facilitate content supplier onboarding.
• Understand the AI model training lifecycle and define and document benchmarks for platform performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, AI, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, ideally with SaaS, APIs, or AI-powered applications.
• Track record of shipping B2B platform-based products.
• Experience managing products dealing with hyperscale data ingestion and processing.
• Experience managing products that integrate with customer/partner ML training pipelines.
• Working knowledge of AI models, APIs, and cloud-based integrations.
• Deep understanding of data storage, ingress/egress, APIs, and metadata discovery/search.
• Strong grasp of data governance for model training.
