What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Senior Programme Managers.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of major transformation initiatives.
- Ensure robust governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks are consistently applied.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to prioritise the programme portfolio.
- Continuously enhance programme and project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Oversee programme budgets and ensure effective allocation and utilisation of resources.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of senior experience leading Programme Management functions and organisational readiness in large-scale, complex organisations.
- Proven track record of establishing and embedding a best practice approach to Programme Delivery.
- Experience of embedding enterprise-wide change across multiple business units.
- Experience managing change across multi-site operations with large, diverse workforces.
- Understanding of 24/7 operational environments and shift-based workforce dynamics.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMP, MSP, Prince2, or Agile (SAFe, Scrum) are strongly preferred.
