What you will do

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking deliverables, schedules, and interdependencies.
• Plan and coordinate small to mid-sized projects through all phases.
• Drive transitional components from acquisition integrations.
• Manage vendor communication and follow-up for effective project delivery.
• Capture and escalate project risks to mitigate disruptions.
• Provide status reports and demonstrate excellent leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years project management experience.
• Clear understanding and working knowledge of software implementations.
• Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs/environments.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• System implementation and system integration experience.
