What you will do

• Shape strategy and track performance for the Business Development Team.
• Act as a point of contact for company leadership (C-Level, Founders & SVPs).
• Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the Business Plan.
• Define reporting frameworks for commercial teams and monitor performance.
• Analyze commercial results to identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
