TL;DR
Trading & Pricing Senior Analyst (Revenue Management/AI): Driving sales and revenue for flights, hotels, and ancillary travel products through pricing strategies, business cases, and KPI optimization with an accent on SQL analysis, machine learning collaboration, and product funnel capabilities. Focus on designing pricing methods, improving revenue management tools, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across product, business intelligence, IT, and data science.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid home-office model

What you will do
- Drive sales and revenue across channels and devices for flights, hotels, insurance, baggage, and other travel products.
- Collaborate with Data Science to implement and continuously optimize machine learning tools and methodologies.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Competition Insights, Business Intelligence, and IT teams on pricing strategies and new product capabilities.
- Develop business cases for new products and pricing strategies.
- Improve KPIs, pricing methods, and revenue management tools.
- Contribute to cross-departmental strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or another quantitative discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in a strongly analytical role.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience manipulating large datasets into relevant metrics and analyses.
- Advanced office-tool skills, ideally with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Business proficiency in English and availability for the hybrid Barcelona setup.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Google Data Studio or similar visualization tools.
- Experience using applied AI tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants.
- Curiosity for experimenting with AI-driven solutions and improving productivity through automation.
