hirify.global is a company that are seeking an Associate Business Analyst to join their Revenue Management team.

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of new international markets to assess potential, competition, customer behavior, and profitability.
• Elaborate detailed business cases and financial models for new market entries.
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for international expansion initiatives, creating dashboards and tracking to measure success.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to define and implement go-to-market strategies and ensure the creation of necessary capabilities.
• Utilize internal data and BI tools to generate business insights.
• Collaborate with Data Science for the implementation of analytical tools and methodologies specific to international market dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a role with strong analytical component.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced SQL and Office skills, ideally with the Google toolset.
• Experience presenting, communicating, and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
• Business Proficiency in English.

• Experience with Applied AI Tools.
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore and experiment with emerging AI-driven solutions.
