🐕 Senior Product Analyst в Rover (Barcelona)
Rover — это крупнейшая американская онлайн-платформа (маркетплейс) и приложение для поиска услуг по уходу за домашними животными, основанная в 2011 году. Она соединяет владельцев собак с проверенными сиделками (нянями) и выгульщиками. Услуги включают выгул, передержку (dog boarding), присмотр на дому и дневной уход.
Задачи:
What do dog walks, A/B tests, and marketplace data have in common?
At Rover, they're all part of the same mission - making it easier for every pet to get the love and care they deserve. Our data team in Barcelona is growing, and we're looking for analysts who don't just work with numbers - they tell stories with them.
- Partner with the product and design teams to help solve customer problems by supporting a hypothesis and data driven organization.
- Regularly present to senior leadership and the product organization on the trends and insights into the changes in the business. This includes the decomposition of the drivers of those changes and recommendations on actions to improve marketplace performance.
- Support Rover’s experimentation process and rhythms. Continue to improve the organization’s decision making & product return on investment framework based on methodical testing combined with both quantitative and qualitative measures of customer success.
Требования:
- 3+ years business experience in Analytics.
- Background in data-informed decision-making and partnering with multi-functional teams.
- Expertise in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
- Advanced SQL and data visualization tool experience (e.g. Periscope, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern data tools and concepts, such as event-based datasets, Amazon Redshift, and DBT.
- Experience working side-by-side with coordinated teams of developers, analysts, product managers, and operators as an embedded service partner.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a two-sided marketplace.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or a similar computational language.
- Knowledge of product analytics tools (we use Amplitude) and event-based data.
