Business Operations Associate (AI): Driving operational excellence and strategic growth through cross-functional initiatives with an accent on revenue optimization, financial planning, and OKR alignment. Location: Hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the office for the first 6 months, then 1 day a week. Must be based in London, Amsterdam, or Barcelona.

What you will do

• Own B2B revenue operations, optimizing the revenue engine in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Data.
• Manage OKR alignment and tracking at company, organizational, and team levels, delivering monthly reporting with actionable insights.
• Inform and shape the company's budget through financial modeling, data analysis, forecasting, and headcount planning.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop and refine pricing and growth strategies by analyzing customer behavior and market dynamics.
• Integrate AI agents and automation into operations workflows to build an AI-Native company.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity, ideally followed by 1+ years in start-up/high-growth tech.
• Expertise in Excel modeling, solid data skills (SQL + visualization tools), and technical literacy.
• Proactive AI-first approach, integrating AI tools daily to automate tasks and drive efficiency.
• Strategic thinker with operational rigor, comfortable shaping direction and getting things done.
• Possess an owner’s mindset, taking full responsibility for initiatives from start to finish.
• Resourceful and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, customer success).
• A track record of success demonstrated through rapid promotions or other accolades.
• Experience working in AI-first companies.
• Highly detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and a bias for taking action.
