TL;DR

Staff Business Analyst: Optimizing Order-to-Cash processes and implementing scalable SaaS solutions with an accent on driving change initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Focus on documenting requirements, designing processes, and mentoring junior analysts.

Location: Hybrid role, requiring minimum 3 days onsite in one of the following locations: San Jose, Durham (USA), Mexico City (Mexico), Bangalore, Pune (India), Hoofddorp (Netherlands), Belgrade (Serbia), Barcelona (Spain), Singapore, Sydney (Australia), or Tokyo (Japan).

Salary: USD $131,200 – $262,800 per year.

What you will do

  • Document and analyze business requirements to establish metrics for success.
  • Optimize existing business processes and design scalable solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Act as a consultant to stakeholders for solution selection.
  • Research industry best practices and establish guidelines for process improvement.
  • Mentor and support junior business analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of work experience, with at least 4 years in NetSuite ERP.
  • Strong understanding of core financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Budgeting).
  • Experience with ERP system implementations and integration platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce).
  • Proficient in designing scalable business processes with proper exception handling.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
