What you will do
- Research and identify key decision-makers and industry trends to tailor outreach efforts.
- Engage potential clients through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social selling) to generate high-value sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lead-generation strategies and coordinate seamless hand-offs.
- Leverage AI dialers, sales engagement platforms, CRM tools, and data intelligence sources to increase outreach efficiency.
- Establish trust with potential clients through consultative conversations, positioning hirify.global as a long-term partner.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, track interactions, and analyze prospect data to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with two years of work, military, or relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ambitious, hard-working, resourceful, and able to learn new products and processes quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and enjoys being part of a team.
- Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.
