TL;DR

Account Development Representative (Sales): Uncovering business needs and building sales pipelines for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts with an accent on consultative engagement and lead qualification. Focus on identifying key contacts, understanding business challenges, and educating prospects on product value.

Location: Must live in Boston, MA, San Francisco Bay Area, or Austin, TX and be willing to go into the office 1-3 times per week.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 OTE plus a competitive equity package.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed strategic goals by engaging with qualified leads and enabling the next step in the sales cycle.
  • Qualify opportunities through consultative engagement, understanding business challenges, and educating on product value.
  • Conduct detailed research to identify key contacts and account information within targeted accounts.
  • Become an expert in sales prospecting platforms and tools, and update CRM daily.
  • Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations.
  • Energy and creativity in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficient with standard productivity tools.
  • Must live in Boston, MA, San Francisco Bay Area, or Austin, TX.
  • Willing to go into the office 1-2 times per week.
