TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Driving growth and expanding hirify.global' dealer network by connecting with dealerships, identifying their needs, and positioning hirify.global' free listings service. Focus on building initial relationships, uncovering new sales opportunities, and providing high-quality leads to the Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid in the US

Salary: $52,000–$65,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Uncover new prospects using Salesforce, Google, and other resources to convert dealerships into advertisers.
  • Engage new prospects and ensure they understand the benefits of hirify.global.
  • Develop business relationships and build new sales opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Demonstrate persistence and tenacity in overcoming obstacles and handling objections.
  • Consistently meet or exceed all assigned quotas and key performance metrics.
  • Log all sales activity completely and accurately in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite.
