Salary: $95,000–$100,000 USD/annually.

What you will do

• Partner directly with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging training content.
• Maintain and revise existing learning content based on end-user performance and feedback.
• Apply instructional design best practices to create effective and engaging learning content.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize content based on data insights, and report on training impact and outcomes.
• Serve as a trainer for content developed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing and developing training curriculum.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex topics into simple and friendly language.
• Ability to write clear and engaging content for a variety of formats and audiences.
• Strong time management, organizational, and project management skills.
• Comfortable in environments with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with design tools like MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Articulate Storyline, iSpring Studio & Camtasia Studio.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Certifications in learning and/or project management such as CPLP, CPTD, PMP.
