Salary: $119,600 – 180,290 plus corporate bonus potential

What you will do
- Lead the strategy, evaluation, and administration of enablement platforms (CMS/LMS, content management, training & coaching tools).
- Design and develop scalable learning experiences (onboarding programs, skill pathways, certifications) for global sales and customer-facing roles.
- Lead end-to-end enablement launches for new products, messaging, playbooks, tools, and processes.
- Define and track key enablement KPIs and operational metrics, building dashboards to inform leadership on program impact.
- Act as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and RevOps.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience developing e-learning content for a global software company, with proven experience leading a team.
- Proven experience owning and administering one or more enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, Showpad).
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong program and project management skills to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and feedback to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a certification in instructional design is a plus.
