Salary: $56,800.00 – $85,000.00 USD annually.

What you will do

• Deliver classroom training in accordance with approved curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Cultivate an organized and inclusive learning environment, monitoring and assessing trainee performance.
• Communicate trainee engagement levels and performance metrics to the Training Manager.
• Administer learning management systems, including trainee enrollment, scheduling, and technical troubleshooting.
• Collect and analyze feedback on training program effectiveness to drive enhancement.
• Partner with the Training Manager on strategic initiatives to optimize training delivery and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a training role, including technical training or a mix of training, performance management, and coaching/mentoring.
• Experience working independently and collaborating effectively in a remote team environment.
• Skilled in planning, creating, implementing, delivering, and assessing various types of training.
• Communication skills for knowledge transfer and explaining technical topics to novices.
• Knowledge of adult learning and training practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in natural language data labeling, data annotation, or linguistic annotation.
• Experience using GenAI tools.
• Familiarity with critical concepts such as Python, scripting language, and data structures.
• Experience in ML, with a strong understanding of data annotation/ML workflows and concepts.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools (e.g., Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
