What you will do

• Manage a structured caseload of students, designing and implementing measurable academic intervention plans.
• Facilitate regular 1:1 and small group intervention sessions with students and families.
• Coach students on executive functioning, academic skill-building, and self-management.
• Analyze academic data (grades, pacing, attendance) to guide intervention decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Academic Counselors and Advisors.
• Contribute to program development and policy improvement for the intervention program.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in structured academic intervention, MTSS frameworks, or Tier 3 student support at the secondary level (grades 7–12).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in special education and/or implementing structured executive functioning, social-emotional, or academic skill interventions.
• Demonstrated experience using academic performance data to design and implement multi-week intervention plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and staff.
• Availability during school hours, Monday through Friday between 8 am and 4 pm in a U.S. timezone (ET, CT, MT, or PT) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting students with specific learning needs in an online setting.
• Experience with neurodiversity-affirming practices.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Airtable.
