What you will do
- Own the delivery, scaling, and measurement of incentive programs across acquisition lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, creative, and compliance teams to develop memorable and compliant communications.
- Define lead generation strategies and prove the value of these activities for IG.
- Manage CRM communications for a brand-new lead generation side product.
- Design and pilot lead-gen activities and build automated journeys across the acquisition lifecycle.
- Work with analytics to ensure proper measurement and reporting capabilities are in place.
- Build clear documentation and scalable playbooks.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years experience in CRM.
- Proven track record of driving activation and conversion in a data-led environment.
- Experience designing and scaling campaigns and automated journeys with a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable working with experimentation, control groups, and incrementality.
- Strong stakeholder management and ownership mindset.
- Technically-savvy with strong knowledge of Braze and Liquid.
- Hybrid working model with 3 days in the London office required.
Nice to have
- Experience in product-driven tech companies, fintech, or high-frequency digital products.
- Experience with HTML, CSS coding.
- Experience with SQL and analytical tools like Looker, GA.
