What you will do

• Identify customer needs to create data-driven stories and content.
• Drive impactful go-to-market product launches by owning audience strategy, messaging, and communication strategies.
• Develop research plans to uncover customer insights and validate product and marketing roadmaps.
• Develop market-leading campaign calendars to drive engagement across the entire funnel.
• Own tone of voice and style guides for the UK, adapting global campaigns to local nuances.
• Run experiments to test hypotheses and inform go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native level)
• 4+ years of creative experience in B2C marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably a hyper-growth global tech company)
• Experience leading regional marketing efforts for a global brand
• Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry
• Extensive experience developing stories and compelling content to drive conversion
• Experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex campaigns

Nice to have

• Experience aligning priorities and providing creative guidance to junior team members
• Expertise developing campaigns for partnerships across sports, entertainment, and events
