CRM Manager

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, must work from Central London at least 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Evolve CRM strategy to improve the customer experience and delivery across multiple channels.
• Own and lead CRM strategy for one or more key product areas or lifecycle stages.
• Create and manage CRM campaigns in Braze, designing workflows, A/B tests, and optimising based on data insights.
• Support new product launches and cross-sell initiatives to existing members through CRM campaigns.
• Support the conversion of leads generated through performance marketing campaigns with CRM activities.
• Collaborate with data analysts to define and launch experimental campaigns driving activation and retention.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a CRM role with a strong track record of owning strategies and delivering measurable business impact.
• Expert user of CRM tools like Braze for journey building, personalisation, and segmentation.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and an instinct for great design.
• Highly analytical and commercially aware, able to connect CRM performance to broader business KPIs.
• Strategic mindset with a bias for action and a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Must be happy to work from the new headquarters in Central London at least 3-days a week.
