TL;DR

CRM Manager: Building and delivering group-wide CRM strategies and activity plans across a fast-growing portfolio of operating companies with an accent on improving retention, conversion, upsell, and long-term customer value. Focus on combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, leveraging customer insight and performance data to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days in London office, WC1. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.

What you will do

  • Define and deliver the group-wide CRM strategy and activity plan.
  • Lead CRM direction across hirify.global UK operating companies.
  • Develop robust, hard-working lifecycle CRM programmes across the contact spectrum.
  • Create campaigns for welcome, nurture, retention, churn, updates, and upsell.
  • Identify and optimise CRM opportunities to improve performance and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure CRM supports agreed commercial objectives and growth levers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in delivering CRM strategies that drive measurable commercial value.
  • Deep understanding of CRM and digital across the customer lifecycle (retention, conversion, upsell, churn).
  • Strong commercial and numerical acumen with experience in reporting and attribution.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.
