What you will do
- Define and deliver the group-wide CRM strategy and activity plan.
- Lead CRM direction across hirify.global UK operating companies.
- Develop robust, hard-working lifecycle CRM programmes across the contact spectrum.
- Create campaigns for welcome, nurture, retention, churn, updates, and upsell.
- Identify and optimise CRM opportunities to improve performance and customer outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure CRM supports agreed commercial objectives and growth levers.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering CRM strategies that drive measurable commercial value.
- Deep understanding of CRM and digital across the customer lifecycle (retention, conversion, upsell, churn).
- Strong commercial and numerical acumen with experience in reporting and attribution.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and a test-and-learn mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.
